Recent testimonials

I have worked with Steve Sharpley during the past 2 years being a senior lawyer in the Legal Department of Borealis. I have seen him in action both as a team coach and as a coach for individuals.  He has a truly deep understand of how we function as individuals and in group interactions.  He is able to apply some simple and fundamental principles which help me and others understand our behaviour and how our lives are shaped.  In my mind there is no doubt that he has been, and still is, a strong contributor to the development of an efficient and powerful Legal Team in Borealis.

I have no doubts that the work we did with Steve made a significant contribution to creating the strong team spirit we later enjoyed, which in return helped us integrate the new members into the team very efficiently and deal with the changes we had to go through individually and as a department.

Leadership - Team and Performance Facilitation and Coaching

Steve supported the European Business Optimisation (EBO) Leadership team in general, the Market Team and myself throughout the life of Innovene’s EBO from Q4 2005 to the end of 2006. In terms of performance this was a phenomenal year for Innovene and EBO both in terms of financials (Innovene $1.7bn EBITDA versus $1.3bn plan and EBO $150m versus $84m plan) and in terms of personal growth of the leadership – Steve played an important role in facilitating this growth. This support continued Steve’s work with the Chemical’s team over the past few years.
The greatest impact I have felt from coaching is that I now have a much heightened consciousness of my impact upon others and recognition of how my mood and personal state can impact my performance. This has aided my balance between work and home life.

We are very proud that FLL won a Helios Award.  We would like to thank you for your contribution to the success of the programme, in our view the most successful intervention that the new BP has made to date.

I’m not joking when I say it’s been incredibly valuable to me, really valuable.  I just wish I’d found it 20 years ago.  Everything has slowed down. It's like I've gone from fifth gear to about second.  It's all still happening, but I'm not having to rush round in order to achieve the things I need to achieve.  I've become a lot happier with what I'm doing and am a lot more content with what I'm doing.

EXAMPLE OF COACHING CLIENTS

I have worked with Gosia a number of times and each time the results have been truly phenomenal. She taught me how to manifest and create my own destiny and make much more of a difference in both my work and personal life. I really believe that if I have not done the vision and clearing work with Gosia, it would have all stayed a pipe dream!
