CURRENT PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES
Justyna Blaszczyk has created the Academy of Coaching and Inspiration, training and coaching company based in Poznan, Poland, specialised in interpersonal and intercultural skills for individual, private and public sector clients. She has been trained as a Co-Active Coach by CTI (The Coaches Training Institute) in the UK. Fascinated by human behavior, she has an integrative approach to coaching and training, drawing on knowledge of Organisational Culture Transformation based on Richard Barrett Value Centre, Personal Insight Workshop delivered by McKinsey trained facilitators and Positive Thinking and Practical Meditation based on Brahma Kumarris philosophy. She is a member of International Coach Federation (ICF) both in the UK and Poland.

Justyna has recently returned to Poland after 5 years of living and gaining experience abroad and is deeply committed to contribute in a change that Poland needs.
Her biggest desire is to transform Poland on two levels - firstly to make a positive difference in the private business and public sectors and - secondly inspire children and teenagers who are hope for the future of Poland and the world.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:
She has over three years experience in the corporate world.  She started off her career in the FMCG industry in sales. She then moved to the UK where set up a recruitment business. She was responsible for resourcing professional staff for various companies from a care sector to major engineering companies such as Sir Robert McAlpine and Balfour Beatty. Since she resigned from the recruitment business 2 years ago coaching became a passion for a life-time that gives her biggest satisfaction. She used to work with the Centre for Inspired Leadership based in London, where she gained precious experience in this sector.

Justyna obtained a Masters Degree in Administration and Law from the University of Poznan

• Trained as a professional coach by the Coaches Training Institute in London

(Accredited by the ICF- International Coach Federation)

• Trained with the Coaching Academy and the Nobel Manhattan Coaching (both in London)
• Completed training by Newfield Network in Pursuing Mastery: Newfield’s Somatic Coaching Intensive in London
• Completed training by CRR (Center for Right Relationship) Organisational & Relationship Systems Coach Training (ORSC), Fundamentals Course
• Completed training by CRR (Center for Right Relationship) in Alchemy 3 - The Art and Magic of Co-Facilitation
• Received a training from The Centre for Inspired Leadership in Personal and Leadership Assessment based on Richard Barrett Value Centre - 7 Level of Leadership Consciousness
• Participated twice and has a good knowledge of the Personal Insights Workshop delivered by McKinnsey Trainers

DIFFERENTATING ADDED VALUES
Justyna helps her clients to work through the obstacles and limiting beliefs that are hindering excellent performance and is particularly gifted in helping her clients to discover reaches within and change their perspectives (of themselves and others). She has also good mediation skills which help in solving conflicts and bridging gaps between people. Justyna has a real skill to wake magnificence within her clients. She listens to, questions, challenges and what the most important is champion and deeply believes in her clients what as a result achievements usually go beyond clients’ expectations.
